Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Viont Chrome extension, web app, or related services, you agree to these terms.
What Viont does
Viont records meetings when you choose to start it, transcribes them, extracts action items, and helps move follow-up work forward.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for meeting recording consent and for complying with the laws that apply in your location and the locations of other participants. You must not use Viont to record conversations without the required consent.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Viont to record without required consent.
- Do not share confidential summaries in ways that violate your obligations.
- Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
- Do not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
Account and data
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete your data from Settings, and we process deletion within 30 days.
Service availability
Viont is provided as is. We aim for reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Payments and subscriptions
Free features are available at no cost. Paid features may require a subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using Viont, you agree to that policy as well.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viont is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
